FAQ

Is this a good gift idea?

It's one of the most unique, personal gifts you can give! Whether it's for a birthday, holiday, or just because — a custom family portrait featuring your pet is guaranteed to get a smile (and probably some happy tears)

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. This includes production time (3–5 days) plus shipping (4–9 days depending on your location).

What type of photo works best?

Clear, well-lit photos with your face (and your pet's face) front-facing work best. Avoid blurry, shadowy, or heavily filtered images. The higher the resolution, the better your portrait will turn out!

Do you offer refunds?

Because each portrait is custom-made just for you, we don't accept returns. However, if there's a quality issue or error on our end, we'll make it right — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I request a specific background or outfit?

Absolutely! Leave your preferences in the order notes at checkout and our artists will do their best to accommodate your request.
